IrvinGQ response to Coronavirus COVID-19

Keep up to date with our current situation regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

To all our Customers, Suppliers and Colleagues,

 

Unfortunately, manufacturing is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain due to the number of employees impacted by Coronavirus and a growing number of our suppliers shutting down.

 

Therefore, due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus, to protect our employees and following the recent Government announcement asking people to stay at home unless absolutely essential, the decision has been taken to close the IrvinGQ manufacturing sites in South Wales for a 3 week period.

 

Shutdown will commence Monday 30th March we intend to reopen on Monday 20th April 2020.

 

During this shutdown, our dedicated Sales Team will still be contactable via the normal telephone and email channels but unfortunately, we will not be able to despatch goods. If you have any orders due for delivery during this period, our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you on an individual basis to prioritise your deliveries at a mutually acceptable date.

 

We apologise for the disruption this may cause you and thank you for your continued support and understanding during these unprecedented times.
